How do I put my coupon code ?

Do you ship to my country ? And How long will it take ?

Yes, we're doing our best so we can ship worldwide. Plus, all the orders will have a tracked shipping 100% free of charge, with no minimum purchase. We'd hate to see a product get lost.
The shipping depends on where you're from, see the table below :

Europe (France, Belgium, Spain, The Netherlands)

7 to 14 days
Rest of Europe and United Kingdom 10 to 21 days

Australia

14 to 21 days
North America (Canada and United States) 14 to 28 days

Please note, we require 1 to 5 days to process orders. We strive to ship all items on time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for a full-refund or reship free of charge. 

Is there a guarantee ? Can I return my items ?

Of course, there's a 14 days guarantee. If you don't like the item or received faulty items, simply contact us and we'll do our best to reply within 24 hours.
Please include the email adress associated with the order and describe the issue with photos if needed.

Can I change or cancel my order ?

Yes you can ! As long as we didn't process your orders yet. Please contact us within 3 hours, after 3 hours, we highly already began processing your order.
