Returns & Refunds policy


Yuunely is commited to provide you with the best experience possible. When you receive the product, please check if there's any flaw.
If you don't like the item or received faulty items, please contact us within 7 days.

For any unlikely event that you wish to return or replace the item, you have 14 days after receiving the product to return the package.

To be eligible for a return :
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase

The return fee will be in our charge if the item was faulty, otherwise it will be in the customer's charge.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email for the refund procedure. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. An email will be sent to you with proof of refund. The delay may vary depending on the bank.
If you didn't received the refund yet, first check with your bank account, there is often some processing time before you can see the refund in your bank.
If they didn't receive it after 2 - 3 weeks and you did call them, please contact us !

We cannot verify items that are stolen or damaged during the return process. Consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance ! We cannot refund lost or stolen returned items.
